Zimmer and 3i dental implants have been around in Costa Rica longer than OCO dental implants or Tatum dental implants. However, used correctly there is nothing inferior about OCO or Tatum. OCO and Tatum are newer types of implant systems and are not as well known at some dental clinics in Costa Rica.

This has something to do with distribution rights within Costa Rica. However, there is nothing inherently superior about Noble Biocare implants. Noble Biocare spends a lot on marketing and provides excellent customer support to the dentists who use their product but dental implants from Noble Biocare are also the most expensive. While well respected, Noble Biocare is not a better dental implant than Zimmer, Biomet 3i, OCO, Tatum, or Z-Systems.
There is a wide variety of dental implants in Costa Rica that can be used to replace a missing tooth with confidence. There is not one best dental implant.
